CENTRAL ASIA · FOUR KEY MARKETS

One regional network. Four key cities.

Central Asia is not a single homogeneous market. Tashkent, Astana, Bishkek, and Dushanbe represent different consumer environments, languages, telecom ecosystems, purchasing power, and content preferences. Qisqa Drama is building a regional vertical-entertainment platform from the outset, adapting distribution to each market rather than treating the region as one country.

01

Regional business development

Defines Qisqa Drama’s growth strategy, commercial priorities, and market-entry roadmap across Central Asia. The goal is one regional business with coordinated partnerships—not a collection of disconnected national operations.
02

Telecom partnerships

Develops relationships with mobile operators and digital-service companies across the region. Telecom partnerships can bring vertical entertainment to large mobile audiences through services they already use.
03

International content partnerships

Works with producers, studios, distributors, platforms, and rights holders to identify vertical series with potential across Central Asian markets. The aim is a carefully selected portfolio for different cultures and language groups—not catalogue size for its own sake.
04

Licensing & regional market entry

Builds licensing structures that balance Qisqa Drama’s and content owners’ interests through controlled market entry, measurable audience performance, transparent economics, and room to expand successful titles. One regional partnership brings together localization, cultural adaptation, telecom distribution, monetization, and market intelligence.
05

Enter the region. Test demand. Scale what works.

Partnerships can start with a small group of selected titles and a controlled audience test. Performance data helps both sides decide what should move into broader commercial distribution.
